We offer three different programmes within commercial, finance and digital. Read more about each of them on this page. All our programmes have a duration of 24 moths and over the course of this period, you will gather international experience, be exposed to various projects and start building a strong network. Three global programmes
A stepping stone for young talents who are looking for an ambitious career with international possibilities
With two exciting tracks available with rotations in different positions across functions and business units, the international/national commercial graduate programme is an excellent opportunity for an amazing learning adventure and exposure to new challenges.
The digital graduate programme offers the chance to help pave the way for the Carlsberg Group's digital transformation and get hands-on experience learning what it takes to enable high performance in a multinational company with more than 40,000 employees.
With three rotations within a multinational finance function, one of them being in one of our markets, the finance graduate programme will expose successful applicants to areas of accounting, financial planning and management reporting. In a rotation abroad they will get the chance to contribute to the running of a local market company.

You are a strong communicator with excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders, and secure buy in to concepts. This day is an opportunity for you to learn more about Carlsberg and for us to assess your skills within your respective functional competencies with cases and interviews.
3. Final interview
In the final stage of the recruitment process, successful applicants will be invited for a final interview with the respective function. This interview is to follow up on questions, learn about your working style preference and once more to assess the cultural match.
