In the modern world of brewing there is a lot of talk about the beers predating the American prohibition era. A time before the point when American lagers were defined by the word “light”. When beers were malty, and full bodied, with a refreshing bitterness. That is the kind of beer we have brewed, but to modest 3.5% ABV. To get that hoppy nose we have added a modern hop character to it. That is what we call a Modern Pre-Prohibition Style Folköl.
Ideal with sausages and burgers.
